These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website at synapsi.blog and your participation in any course or programme offered by Synapsia ("the school", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an enrolment request.

- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
Synapsia provides online AI development education in the form of live sessions, recorded sessions, exercise sets, written feedback and project-based learning. The school describes a syllabus, a workload and a review method. It does not make claims about employment outcomes, earnings or what completing a programme means to any external organisation.
availability
Sessions are scheduled in advance and communicated to enrolled students. We aim to maintain scheduled sessions but reserve the right to reschedule where unavoidable. Recordings are made available to cohort members within 24 hours of a live session.
geographic restrictions
No geographic restriction applies to enrolment. Courses are delivered online in English. All fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit.
Enrolment begins with a written enquiry. For the Foundations and Deployment courses, we review the enquiry and confirm enrolment by email. For the Full Practitioner Programme, a technical conversation between you and a member of the school precedes any commitment. Either side may decline to proceed following that conversation.
Access to course materials is provided to enrolled students for the duration of the programme and for 90 days following its conclusion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your enrolment request and during the programme
- Engage with the course material honestly and submit your own work for feedback
- Treat instructors, reviewers and cohort members with ordinary professional courtesy
- Not share course recordings, exercise sets or feedback documents outside the enrolled cohort without the school's written permission
- Not represent Synapsia course content as your own creation when presenting it to others
prohibited activities
- Submitting work that is not your own for feedback or review without disclosure
- Distributing access credentials to cohort channels or materials to non-enrolled persons
- Using course materials in a manner that infringes our intellectual property rights
Course materials, syllabi, exercise sets, recordings and written feedback produced by Synapsia remain the property of Synapsia. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own study during the programme and for the 90-day period following it.
your work
Repositories, artefacts and capstone projects you produce during a programme are your property. Synapsia retains no rights over work you create. You grant us a limited right to reference the existence of your capstone (not its contents) for the purpose of describing the school's programme to prospective students, with your consent.
Fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) on the Solutions page. Payment timing and method are confirmed at the point of enrolment. For the Foundations and Deployment courses, payment is due in full before the programme begins. For the Full Practitioner Programme, a payment schedule may be agreed; details are discussed during the pre-enrolment conversation.
refunds
If you withdraw from a programme before the first session, a full refund of any fees paid is available on request. After the first session, fees are not refunded except where required by Malaysian consumer protection law or by specific written agreement.
hrdc / hrd corp
Synapsia is an approved HRD Corp provider. Employers eligible to claim training fees under the HRD Corp levy scheme may do so through the standard claims process. It is the employer's responsibility to confirm eligibility and complete the claims process.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no claims about specific results, outcomes, employment or earning potential from completing any programme. Course content reflects the knowledge and practice of our instructors at the time of delivery; the AI development field changes quickly and some content may become dated.
Nothing in this Agreement constitutes professional advice of any kind. Course content is educational material, not career guidance, financial advice or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Synapsia's liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the specific programme to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of income or loss of data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to a programme if you breach these Terms in a material way and do not remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice. In the event of termination for cause, no refund is payable. You may withdraw from a programme at any time subject to the refund terms in section 7.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will first be addressed through informal written communication between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
- Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Synapsia regarding the Service, superseding any prior communications
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it on another
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent
- Notices: Formal notices under this Agreement should be sent to [email protected]
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes do not apply retroactively to programmes that have already begun.
